The Dunns deserve ten out of five stars based on all the extras. Scott and Cindy are simply amazing! Not only did they sell my dad’s house for above listing price, but they volunteered to help him make the transition from home owner to independent living where he nor me or the rest of my family in Chicago could. They helped coordinate everything for dad’s transition – they even helped him pack and move when his movers cancelled on h. The list of extra help is endless, and Dad really appreciated the tender touch.

Their realtor skills are on par with their benevolence. Interviewed three realtors and felt most comfortable with the Dunns. Their expectation on selling price was more realistic in this hot real estate markets. Others obviously wanted to list low in the hot market and then over-shine when the house sold for 15% more than listing, while the Dunns were much more on target and the house still sold for more.

Communication was never an issue, and they were very upfront.

I will miss working with them.
